Tomy Mega Lucario Plush NA
At first glance this Tomy plush looks very similar to the Pokemon Center Mega Lucario plush but it's actually very different. It's a decent plush but has the same painted on grey markings as the PC one which aren't very soft. He's about the same size as the PC one as well. His muzzle is smaller than the PC one which I think is more accurate to the character. He doesn't stand up very well but with some careful balancing and effort you can make him stand.

Pokemon Center Lucario
This plush is cute, but if there's one thing I don't like about the PokeCen Lucario plushies it's the plastic fake leather material they use for his grey markings. But this material brought up the question of; are these grey parts really fur? Or are they actually it's skin.... This isn't just seen on the PokeCen plushies but the giant Heartland Tomy plush as well. While the Heartland Tomy doesn't have have the fake leather material the grey parts are made out of a suede-like fabric making a very distinct texture change between the soft terry cloth blue. It may also be worth noting that Lucario as seen in Pokken Tournament clearly has a skin texture on the grey parts and maybe a very fine layer of fur on it's legs. I'm not sure if this is just never addressed or if I'm the slowpoke here...

This vinyl figure was part of a promotion in the Pokemon Centers in Japan called "Battle Heroes" which featured toys and promotional goods of Lucario, Mewtwo, Machamp, Blaziken, and Electevire. It's a good size and very well made one of the best Lucario figures in my opinion.

Pokemon Center Wrist Cuff
This has certainly seen some wear. I got this during my trip to Japan. These wrist accessories were sold in the Pokemon Centers in Japan and feature a variety of different Pokemon. This was my good luck charm and I wore it every day for about 2 years before retiring it. I'm really surprised at how little damage it took over that time. These cuffs are really well made and are very stylish if I do say so myself ;D
